2025 was a defining year for us at DFW Clear Bra. Over the past year, we worked with a growing number of returning customers, high-value vehicles, and clients looking for paint protection solutions that went well beyond the basics. From rare color-change PPF projects to full-coverage installs built for long-term ownership, the work we completed in 2025 reflects how our shop continues to evolve.

While we installed paint protection film in Dallas on a wide range of vehicles this year, a handful of projects stood out — not just for how they looked when finished, but for the level of trust our clients placed in us and the precision each build required. These five vehicles represent the custom PPF work that truly defined our 2025.

If you’re new to paint protection film or researching whether it’s right for your vehicle, we’ve broken down how PPF works, what it protects against, and what to expect long-term in our guide on protecting your car’s paint with PPF.

Custom PPF Projects That Defined 2025

Cybertruck – Ultrafit Aura Purple (Custom Concept Build)

Vehicle: 2024 Tesla Cybertruck
Protection: Color-change PPF with custom reflective graphics

One of the most memorable projects we completed in 2025 was this Cybertruck designed around a brand launch. The Ultrafit Aura Purple finish was selected to match the colors of a new perfume company launched by the owner’s wife. The client came to us with every detail mapped out, and our job was to bring that vision to life exactly as planned.

Custom white reflective graphics completed the build, turning the Cybertruck into both a protected vehicle and a rolling brand statement. For clients deciding between repainting and a color-change film, we explore the differences in cost, reversibility, and long-term protection in our comparison of color shift PPF vs. traditional paint.

A short video below shows the color shifting from green to purple depending on viewing angle, something that simply can’t be captured in a still image, and a perfect example of what color-change PPF in Dallas can achieve.

Cybertruck – Dynoshift Green (Limited Edition STEK PPF)

Vehicle: 2025 Tesla Cybertruck
Protection: STEK DYNO Shift Green PPF

Limited-edition materials played a big role in our 2025 projects, and this Cybertruck is a perfect example. The owners were deciding between DYNO Purple and DYNO Shift Green and ultimately chose one of the rarest options available. Dynoshift Green is a limited-edition STEK film with only 250 rolls produced worldwide, created for a Porsche client seeking something truly unique.

The result delivers the visual impact of a six-figure custom paint job for a fraction of the cost, all while preserving the factory finish underneath using STEK PPF in Dallas.

Lexus GX550 – Full Protection with ICON Rocklear

Vehicle: 2025 Lexus GX550
Protection: Full-front STEK DYNO Shield PPF and ICON Rocklear coating on glass, trim, and wheels

Returning customers made up a significant portion of our work in 2025, and this Lexus GX550 highlights the long-term trust we’ve built with our clients. The goal was full protection paired with easy, low-maintenance ownership.

We installed full-front STEK DYNO Shield PPF, including the hood, full fenders, bumper, headlights, and side mirrors — the areas most exposed to road damage. The remaining painted surfaces were protected with PPF with ICON Rocklear, creating a balanced solution that delivers durability, gloss retention, and simplified upkeep. Ceramic protection was also applied to the glass, trim, and wheel facings as part of the ICON package.

Maserati GranTurismo Trofeo – Front-End PPF Protection

Vehicle: 2024 Maserati GranTurismo Trofeo
Protection: STEK DYNO Shield PPF (full hood & bumper)

This Maserati came to us in 2025 through a body shop after front-end repairs, requiring flawless protection on newly replaced panels. We picked the vehicle up directly from Maserati in Dallas, and navigating rough roads made the transport stressful, but worth it.

Corvette ERay – Bumper-to-Bumper Show Build

Vehicle: 2024 Corvette ERay
Protection: Full STEK DYNO Shield PPF, tint, and ceramic

Performance builds became increasingly common for us in 2025, especially for owners preparing vehicles for shows while still driving them regularly. This Corvette ERay was built to handle both.

The project included full paint correction, bumper-to-bumper STEK DYNO Shield PPF, ceramic coating on the seats, and a wheels-off service where brake calipers were cleaned, prepped, and ceramic-coated for long-term protection. STEK NEX premium tint was applied to the doors, rear glass, and windshield to complete the build.

What 2025 Looked Like at DFW Clear Bra

Behind the scenes, 2025 was a year of momentum for our shop. We worked with more returning customers than ever, completed a higher number of full-coverage PPF installs, and saw increased demand for specialty films like color-change and limited-edition STEK options. Many of the vehicles featured here came to us through referrals or repeat clients, something we see as one of the strongest indicators of growth.

Looking Ahead to 2026

Looking back, these five projects represent what made 2025 such a strong year for us: complex installs, creative builds, and clients who trusted us with vehicles that mattered to them. As we head into 2026, our focus remains the same: continuing to refine our craft, investing in the best materials available, and protecting vehicles the right way without shortcuts.
